This guy sums up the 5 keys to success, and I think it is a great summary. It's in line with everything else I've read and everything I see day to day. It's prefect, I kind of want to sign up for his program.
4 Keys:
Vision - have a vision for what you want, make it so detailed and vivid that you can feel it.
Manage your state - Successful people overcome fear, unsuccessful run from it (he says it closer to the beginning)
Beliefs - we all have limiting beliefs, look for yours and overcome them, they are just made up, you can rewrite them
Strategy - Have one, model others, something
