They acknowledge that we have the technology we need to solve our porblems, and they think the issue is lack of capital. That probably is a problem, but I don't think it will solve everything. Obviously I think they should be focusing on the consumer, focusing on the marketing. But not marketing in the sense of billboards, but marketing in the sense of how car makers make it easy and appealing to buy expensive cars. You know, payment plans and stuff.
